🌵 AMENITIES: We provide towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners. Highly recommend you bring additional items such as extra towels/blankets/toilet paper/soap/salt/pepper/cooking spray etc 🌵 ENTRY: There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you on the day of arrival. The code is changed after every guest. 🌵 OUTDOORS: Backyard complete with a 30 foot Saguaro right in our backyard that’s over 150 years old! Fully enclosed fence and backyard. Perfect place to go stargazing. 🌵 PARKING: There is a large driveway which can accommodate up to 5 vehicles. 🌵 THE DRIVE: Super simple, flat and safe road to get to the property! 🌵 INTERNET: The house has reliable high speed internet which makes for a perfect work-cation getaway! You can access your Hulu & Netflix accounts with the Smart TV 🌵 BEDROOMS: Bedroom 1: King size bed Bedroom 2: Queen size bed Bedroom 3: Two double beds Bedroom 4: One single bed 🌵 KITCHEN: Fully equipped with full-sized refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, toaster and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils. 🌵 SECURITY: In an effort to keep the entire property more secure, we have installed 3 Exterior cameras: one outside of the entranceway and two on the exterior of the home, facing away from the house. The cameras do not monitor the interior or outdoor living areas. The neighborhood is very safe, but this helps us keep an eye on the property for your safety. 🌵 MOVIE SCREEN & PROJECTOR Movie Screen & Projector: The movie screen is already assembled and stored in the garage, but guest needs to transport it from the garage. Guests must return movie screen and projector back into garage after every use. Quiet hours are from 9PM - 8AM. To use our movie equipments, guests agree to the following penalty fees: 1) $150 if movie screen and/or projector is left out unattended, 2) $200 if movie screen is broken/missing, and 3) $500 if movie projector is broken/missing. 🌵 Please note the following: LAUNDRY: We have a full washer and dryer located in the garage TRASH: Please place your trash in the Trash Bins located at the side of the house PETS We charge $200 per pet stay, up to 2 pets max. Please be respectful of the property & cleaning team by picking up after your dog. Pets MUST be crated when left alone (not in a closed bathroom or bedroom). Must be in a dog crate if left alone. SERVICE PROVIDERS: During your stay, you may encounter service providers who help with the maintenance and upkeep of Casa Cactus. Please allow them on to the property to do their jobs as scheduled. Below is the schedule: - Pest Control every second month - Hauled Water scheduled as needed; no set date, no guest interaction needed CRITTERS: Casa Cactus located in a National Forest (literally) and we share this land with wildlife, so occasionally, you may see some little critters. Please keep all doors and screen doors shut to prevent our little critter friends from entering the home. Though we maintain a monthly pest/bug control service, the best way to keep the critters out of the home is by closing the doors and screen doors
